Zak Vangard x Yuki Kitsuga

Guardianshipping is the belief that there is a romantic relationship between Zak and Yuki. A Guardianshipper is a person who supports this relationship.

Overview:

The negative of Watchershipping, Guardianshipping is also hinted at (though somewhat less blunty) during the story. This was mostly due to Yuki's character being introduced much later than Whitney, giving her less time for character development and also because Yuki initially enters the story as Zak's "enemy".

 

Hints:

Speaking of getting Raikou back from Knite in Viridian City, Chapter 27:

Yuki stepped closer to Zak, her body feeling weak as she began to let her emotions get the better of her. She'd been alone for so long - she just wanted someone to protect her...

"I promise." Zak said as he gently wrapped his arms around the girl and held her close.
